Winter Dew Tour: Take two underway in Mount Snow, VT

Mount Snow, VT is home to the second stop of the Winter Dew Tour this weekend. Winter wonders Shaun White, Tanner Hall and Sarah Burke will attempt to build on their point totals after capturing wins at the tour’s first stop in Breckenridge, Colorado in mid December. Skiers and snowboarders will put it all on the table as they vie for the Dew Cup and a piece of the 1.5 million dollar cash prize purse that will be divvied up at the end of the three-stop tour.Mount Snow, VT is home to the second stop of the Winter Dew Tour this weekend. Slope style and superpipe competitions for both skiers and snowboarders will be accompanied by plenty of loud music and whole lot of fizzy, green soda at the four-day event.

After some preliminary competition Thursday, they started handing out the hardware today at the men’s freeski slope style competition, where it was an all-Canadian podium. Taking the top spot was Quebec’s JF Houle followed by Per-Kristian Hunder in second and Alex Godbout in third.
