22 year-old French star Clement Noel ranked second in the 2019 World Cup slalom standings behind the now-retired Marcel Hirscher. The Frenchman has recently re-signed with his equipment sponsor and will be equipped with Dynastar skis, Lange boots, and Look bindings until the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. In addition to the French star extending his contract with his ski company, Noel also signed a contract with Red Bull, joining teammate Alexis Pinturault at the Austrian energy drink brand famous for its support of snowsports athletes.

After only 25 World Cup starts, Noel finished on the podium four times including three victories in Wengen, Kitzbuehel and Soldeu and is considered one of the top contenders for the slalom crystal globe in the next years.

“It was important for me to sign during the offseason because during the winter we don’t have time to think about it and it allows me to have more free spirit,” Noel shared of his exension with Dynastar. “Knowing that I’m linked with Dynastar for 3 years reassures me and shows the mutual trust that has been built up over the years.”

“My goals for next winter?” he added. “In Slalom, I hope to continue the momentum of last season even if it will not be easy but I hope to play a leading role and be regular. In giant slalom, I would like to progress and take starts in the World Cup, it is one of my main objectives.”
