Due to the current conditions on the race hill and unfavorable weather forecasted over the weekend of March 7th and 8th, the 2020 races in Ofterschwang, Germany have been canceled. A possible replacement will be communicated as FIS develops options.

If the races are not rescheduled, the women will be cut short both a giant slalom and slalom event, which could affect the overall and individual globe standings. Going into the upcoming races in La Thuile, Federica Brignone current leads the women’s overall and giant slalom, whereas Petra Vlhova leads in the slalom. Mikaela Shiffrin is not far behind either of her competitors in the standings but has not yet announced when she will return to the circuit, if at all.
