French ski star Alexis Pinturault belongs to the young generation of skiers who despite having achieved great results, still have not reached their peak. At the age of 23, he has already accumulated seven World Cup victories and stood on the podium an additional 15 times.

Despite his many successes, last season there was one main focus that Pinturault had in mind, getting to the Sochi Games in the best shape possible so he could win a medal. In this video, FIS presents some of the best images from training and competition their ‘Behind the Scenes’ crew filmed last season plus a chat with Pinturault about what it feels like to be one of the youngest top stars on the tour, how he relates to his more experienced teammates, his overall World Cup dreams, and his goals for the future.
