Birds of Prey Organizing Committe President Ceil Folz says “Beaver Creek is certainly willing to host an event Monday,” but FIS Chief Race Director Guenter Hujara indicated the cancellation would result in a change of venue for one of the four events scheduled at Beaver Creek.

The original schedule  for Beaver Creek called for a Downhill Friday, super G Saturday and GS Sunday. Officials are negotiating with other Cup sites to pick up one of the Colorado races. A decision is expected by the Team Captains meeting this evening.
