Melanie Meillard to Undergo Additional Knee Surgery
Swiss tech star Melanie Meillard, who suffered a cruciate ligament tear and a dislocation of the external meniscus in her left knee shortly before the Olympics in PyeongChang on February 8, has to undergo another knee operation in the next few weeks.
After seven months of intensive rehabilitation, the 20-year-old ski racer from Heremence, Switzerland, has to take another break for several months. Unfortunately, that means that she will be unable to race in the upcoming season.
