Aspen SG goes to Cortina

The FIS office today (Dec. 19) announced the Italian site of Cortina d'Ampezzo has picked up the women's World Cup super G dropped from Aspen due to heavy snows. The super G will be added to the front of the scheduled stop at Cortina and held Friday Jan. 18. The originally scheduled Cortina races will follow with a downhill Jan. 19 and super G Jan. 20.
    The Aspen race had originally been set for Dec. 8.
