One USSA official called it a “bodacious” idea, putting a 140-foot ski jump in the historic Fenway Park where New Englanders could come to watch a Big Air competition from bleachers — bleachers where they would typically be cheering on the Boston Red Sox.

And it was wicked fun, indeed. Skiers and snowboarders from around the world, including American Olympians Devin Logan, Joss Christensen and Nick Goepper, rolled into Beantown to compete.
