Collegiate ski racing is no exception to the continuous competition between coasts. RMISA (Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Ski Association) and the EISA (Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association) have gone head-to-head for decades, competing for NCAA National Championship titles. RMISA differentiates itself in a number of ways, including the winter competition schedule, distance between schools and overall culture. With nine programs in the division, including the University of Denver (Division I), the University of Alaska (Division II), and Westminster College (Division II affiliate), there is a lot for prospective students to consider.
