Last winter the world saw top LEKI ski racers such as Mikaela Shiffrin and Lindsay Vonn skiing with LEKI’s new pink race poles in the 2017 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships. Now those same pink race poles are available to consumers starting this week at top race shops around the country. This color change from the traditional corporate red is a first for LEKI since they first introduced race poles back in the 1980s.

The two poles pinged for the color update are the Venom SL and the WorldCup Racing SL TBS, both equipped with the Trigger S grip system and featuring a special Airfoil shape that offers excellent aerodynamics, a benefit for ski racers in a sport measured in fractions of a second.

LEKI first introduced pink in their women’s Nordic poles last biathlon season to rave reviews, and they’re excited about this color achieving the same success with the alpine women. The new pink alpine race poles, including the junior WorldCup Lite SL poles, are available now at your local race shop.

For a list of race shops carrying the pink poles, call the LEKI Customer Service Department at 800.255.9982.
