SYNC Performance Marketing Content Coordinator


Our growing mountain apparel business seeks an experienced, motivated team member to contribute to the growth and success of the direct-to-consumer channel within SYNC. This person will be responsible for creating and distributing marketing content including marketing emails, blogs, photography, and video.

Essential Functions

  •  Create marketing photography both on own and hiring photographers
  •   Create and write 1 blog post per week throughout the year, working with athletes and partners
  •   Produce creative digital content for campaigns that attract customers and align with the overall company image via Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc
  •   Collaborate with partner organizations to generate unique content to be used on SYNC marketing platforms
  •   Schedule and write 2-3 marketing emails per week in Klaviyo platform
  •   Copywriting; including but not limited to updating web copy, product descriptions, SEO
  •   Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  •   Travel to events, races, and training sessions to gather content
  • Organize and coordinate photo shoots with athletes

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  •   Strong ski racing background preferred
  •   Background in direct-to-consumer/e-commerce business strategy and best practices desired
  •   Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva preferred
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Google Ad Platforms

  • Must communicate effectively and efficiently in person, via email, and on the phone
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to help out beyond the scope of this job description
  • Employment on a full-time basis, with some weekend commitments. Based in Vail, Colorado. Salary commensurate with experience. Available to start immediately.
