Rowmark Ski Academy Assistant U16 Alpine Coach, Assistant Equipment Manager, Assistant Academic Coordinator

  • To provide coaching expertise and assistance for the U16 Team in collaboration with the Head U16 Coach for all year-round on and off snow U16 activities including, training, racing and camps.
  • To assist in coaching our year-round conditioning program for all academy athletes, U16/U19/U21 of both genders, in collaboration with our Head Conditioning Coach.
  • To assist our Rowmark Equipment Manager to manage ski equipment for the U16 Team including ordering, receiving, cataloging, ski binding mounting, boot work, communication with athletes and parents, and transport of equipment to/from our partner race shops in Park City
  • To assist our Rowmark Academic Coordinator in working with the Rowmark student-athletes on time-management, organization, missing school, or other challenges that contribute to improving academic performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Is a Certified USSA Coaches Level 200 Coach or higher
  • Has ski coaching and ski equipment management experience

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package included, beginning May 1st or June 1st, 2018, and reports to the Rowmark Program Director.
