Killington Mountain School seeks Head of School

The Killington Mountain School Head of School serves as the Chief Executive Officer and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. The Head of School is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the totality of the school experience including academics, athletics, admissions, development, operations, and student life. The person who holds this role should be mission-driven, business-oriented, and capable of building high-performance teams across a variety of internal and external constituencies.

KMS is an independent, co-ed, NEASC accredited, and high-performance athletic academy in Killington, VT, serving approx 45 full-time students and an additional 45 part-time students in the sports of Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Skiing, Snowboarding, Freeskiing, Endurance Cycling, and Downhill Mountain Biking. The school is singularly focused on providing the resources and attention to give a highly individualized and advanced educational experience.
