Winter Park hosts J4 Rocky/Central Junior Olympics

Winter Park hosts J4 Rocky/Central Junior Olympics{mosimage}Steamboat’s Anna Marno and Taos Ski Academy’s Stan Sedberry took the overall titles at the Rocky/Central J4 Junior Olympics held at Winter Park, Colorado on March 16-19. With a win in the super G, Marno had just enough of an edge on Taos Ski Academy’s Amanda Veth to take the overall by the narrowest of margins – one point. Buck Hill’s Madeline Wiltgen was close behind in third.

The boys race for the overall was just as close, with Sedberry edging giant slalom champion James Britvar from Aspen by just one point. Ski Club Vail’s Cooper Cartmill finished third in the overall standings.
