Swiss downhiller Catherine Borghi signs two-year contract with Rossignol{mosimage}The 27-year-old Swiss racer, Catherine Borghi, has decided to return to her initial home among the ski brands. Borghi has just signed a two-year contract with Rossignol for the three products (skis, boots and bindings).

Agreeing to ski on each of a companies’ products — rather than mixing and matching boots and skis — is an accelerating trend in World Cup skiing.

Borghi finished last season ranked 16th in the downhill World Cup standings. She was sixth and eigth place in Downhill, at Lake Louise, Alberta.
