Life on the World Cup tour is all consuming with athletes dedicating nearly 365 days a year to racing or training. After that commitment comes to end, how do retirees spend their time?

Swedish World Cup athlete Anja Paerson retired in 2012, and even though she isn’t training for a World Championship, she is staying in shape thanks to her kids.

Massimiliano Blardone, who retired just this season, has found ways to stay in shape and enjoy time at home.

British skier Chemmy Alcott, who is pregnant with her first child, is using her story to inspire the next generation of Olympic athletes.

Olympic downhill gold medalist Dominique Gisin of Switzerland traded in her skis for textbooks, and is currently studying physics, according to her Instagram account.

2003 Hahnenkamm winner, Daron Rahlves, had some innovative training techniques as an athlete. Looks like not much has changed.
