The FIS Telemark World Cup season concluded with Norwegians Borge Sovik and Sigrid Rykhus taking the overall globes. Sovik was the champion of each discipline — the classic, sprint classic and telemark GS — while Rykhus claimed the individual globes for the classic and sprint classic. Amelie Reymond of Switzerland won the title for the women's telemark GS.
SUGARBUSH, Vermont — The FIS Telemark World Cup season concluded with Norwegians Borge Sovik and Sigrid Rykhus taking the overall globes. Sovik was the champion of each discipline — the classic, sprint classic and telemark GS — while Rykhus claimed the individual globes for the classic and sprint classic. Amelie Reymond of Switzerland won the title for the women's telemark GS. American Kelsey Schmid-Sommer took fourth place in each of the four races to place the Americans.
    The conditions were tough for several days as high winds, ice, rain and snow made the racing challenging with no lift service the last GS day, racers and course crew were ferried to the top via snowcat.
