CURRENT ALPINE WORLD CUP leaders Bode Miller and Nicole Hosp also lead the season’s prize money rankings after 27 of the 41 men’s events and 23 of the 38 women’s events have been run.
Thanks to his win in the Chamonix super combined last weekend, Miller not only took the lead in the FIS World Cup overall standings but also passed France’s Jean-Baptiste Grange in the prize money rankings. With his four wins and seven podium places Miller has netted 299,583 Swiss Francs (CHF) or $274,092 USD this season in prize money alone. Grange is just 14,000 behind thanks to his four wins and two second-place finishes.

She has so far earned CHF 209,655 ($191,816 USD) in prize money. Denise Karbon rose to second place thanks to her fifth win out of six giant slaloms held last weekend in Ofterschwang.
