The first of three scheduled downhill training runs in Wengen, Switzerland, was cancelled this morning (Jan. 14) due to extensive overnight snowfall and continued tough weather conditions throughout today. Course workers are arduously focusing on preparing the Lauberhorn track for tomorrow’s training run despite more moderate snowfall in the forecast throughout much of the day. However, the current forecast is clear for Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
