American ski racing legend Bode Miller’s Turtle Ridge Foundation (TRF) is set to host the fifth annual Bodefest Ski challenge April 11 at the Cannon Mountain Ski Area Franconia, New Hampshire. The event will be an opportunity for racers of all ages to ski, race and rub shoulders with Miller, all in the name of raising money for charity.

A portion of the proceed form the event will benefit the TRF, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovative and progressive environmental initiatives and youth athletic opportunities throughout the United States. Proceeds from Bodefests of years past have gone to adaptive ski programs.

“When we started doing Bodefest, the goal was to raise money for organizations my family and I have been involved with throughout the years,” said Bode Miller.  “The event has grown and, with the creation of the TRF in early 2006, so has our ability to make an impact. This year’s Bodefest presents us with a tremendous opportunity to raise awareness, support and contributions for worthy causes that directly benefit people in need and the community at-large.”
