Dual GS at Arapahoe Basin benefits Rocky Mountain Division racers{mosimage}A dual giant slalom race open to all ages will be held at Arapahoe Basin, Colorado, on April 24, to benefit junior racers in the Rocky Mountain Division of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association.

Alpine and telemark skiers and snowboarders are welcome. The event — sponsored by PC-Conferencing — begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs through 4 p.m. Among the contributors are The Boot Lab, Tommyknocker Brewery & Pub, Foothills Ski & Bike, City Market, Atomic USA, Descente, Schneider and A Racer’s Edge.

The entry fee — $30 — includes the dual GS, a beach party with BBQ lunch and a chance for door prizes. For those who don’t want to race, the cost for the lunch and the door prize entry fee is $20.
