Gear Guide: Two ‘Girls on Fire’ win camp and brand sponsorships

Keely’s Ski Camp For Girls and Tecnica Blizzard are pleased to present Josie Byron and Karin Rand with sponsorships for the 2013-14 ski season.

Josie Byron, 18, a Junior Freeride Tour athlete from Crested Butte, Colo., and Karin Rand, a U16 alpine ski racer from Cochran’s Ski Area, Vt., will receive packages from both Keely’s Ski Camp For Girls and Tecnica/Blizzard including spots in Keely’s Camp in 2014, two pairs of Blizzard skis, Tecnica boots and company swag, including t-shirts, hats, and stickers.

These two athletes exemplify the meaning of “Girl on Fire” through their passion for the sport of skiing, tireless work ethic, and position as role models in their ski communities.

Congratulations Josie and Karin on behalf of Keely’s Ski Camp For Girls and Tecnica/Blizzard – may you move mountains this season!
