Davos X-C: Kuitunen, Svartedal win; Canada's Renner 2nd

Virpi Kuitunen of Finland won the race in 27:58.8. She was followed by Canadian Sara Renner in second (28:30.6) and Slovenian Petra Majdic in third (28:34.9).

Wagner's time of 30:21.5 was good for 27th.

In the men's 15 km, Norway's Arne Jens Svartedal won in 37:54.9, ahead of second-place finisher Martin Tauber of Austria (38:15.8) and French skier Vincent Vittoz, who was third (38:18.5).

The top American man was Andrew Johnson, who placed 54th with a time of 40:19.8.
