Kristina Koznick and Julia Mancuso are the only American women to qualify for the second run. Koznick finished 16th and Mancuso 21st. Resi Stiegler and Sarah Schleper did not start because of a bruised shin and a sore back, respectively. Lindsey Kildow broke her pole on the fourth gate.
