The jumpers of Project X continue to be making progress following this past weekend's competition in the town of Falun, Sweden. A trio of USA jumpers traveled to Falun for the final FIS Cup of the Summer. Among the group included Chris Lamb who has been training with Norway's Trondhoppers Klub, Colorado's Trevor Wert, and Nick Johnson, who has spent much of the off-season jumping with the Polish National Team.

At the September 19th event, Germany went one-two with Nico Herman and Joerg Ritzerfeld, with the Americans jumping to a 7th place for Chris Lamb, 12th place for Tervor Wert and a 19th for Nick Johnson.

In Today's competition, Chris Lamb placed a solid fourth, just.5 points from third place honors. Project X Director, Alan Johnson said, " Chris had a great competition and possibly his best international performance to date." Trevor Wert was 14th place, Nick Johnson was 20th.

Next up for Project X will be the last Grand Prix event of the season in Klingenthal, Germany. Director Alan Johnson, a former US Ski Team coach said, " we will all be cheering for Nick Alexander in his bid to emerge from the Grand Prix standing in the top 50 overall rankings.
